Bailey joined John Connolly & Partners on a part time basis in 2019. He is currently in his second year of studying a Bachelor of Commerce and Advance Studies at The University of Sydney, focusing on his interests in commercial law and international relations.
Prior to joining the firm, Bailey has worked in political staffing as an Assistant Adviser in The Office of Hon. Ray Williams MP, Minister for Disability Services and Multiculturalism. He has also worked as a Parliamentary Adviser in The Office of Hon. Alex Hawke MP, Minister for International Development and the Pacific, Member for Mitchell.
During his time in state and federal politics, Bailey has been active in election campaigns, with experience in strategy and engagement on successful marginal seat campaigns in 2019.
